By accessing the Site, individual users hereby consent to and accept these terms of use and all applicable laws. Individual users shall not use the Site in any way that is fraudulent or unlawful. The Content is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

No Use by Minors

Appia does not knowingly encourage or solicit visitors to the Site who are under the age of 18 or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18without parental consent. If Appia learns it has collected or received personal information from an individual under the age of 18, such information will be deleted as soon as reasonably practical.
